ten reasons i'm going to try and stick this job out even though people are leaving and those of us remaining feel like we're under siege:

1. i want to move to nelson, i should wait until i get a job there
2. it's the bullshit politics i hate, not the actual job itself
3. there would be office politics wherever i go
4. there are days when i can leave at 5
5. i get to have days out of the office on the road by myself which makes me happy
6. i still like some of the people that remain
7. i think i can handle the big boss
8. my team loves me
9. i get paid really well
10. really well
